The types of clusters, cluster planning procedures by looking at the purpose, place, time, members of the evaluation system are also the topics discussed in this book. Next, a detailed discussion of each stage in the formation stage of the process of counseling, transitional stage, the work and the ending. Associate Professor Datin Dr Hajah SAPORA SIPON is a lecturer at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. Before she works in USIM, she served as a lecturer in the School of Psychology and Social Work, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and the University of Education Sultan Idris (UPSI). She began her career as a teacher and then full-time school counselor. In UMS, she was appointed as a Head of Counselling and Guidance at Department of Student Affairs, UMS. She has been actively writing and presenting papers either at national or international level. She is also a registered counselor.
