This is much more than a recipe book. It is fragments of a voyage expressed through culinary recipes. An ongoing journey observing how my traditional dishes react when a different spice or flavour is introduced, combining my two worlds. With my Italian foundations already in place, the recipes are constantly evolving as I continue to learn and practice Asian cuisine through the time living in China first and now Singapore.
This is my documentation seen from my eyes and heart with a profound consciousness of how wonderful and fundamental food is and can be for good health.
