Thomas Reedy, of Fort worth Texas, was handed a life sentence with no former convictions or records of any kind. He is a victim of credit card fraud masked by child pornography that was hacked in to his business computers. "Operation Avalanche," received International Media Spotlight Attention back in 1999 and it will again once it receives the effective defense counsel that it requires and didn't receive at his original trial 12 years ago, currently. The following is his own personal account of how injustice in this Country continues to somehow prevail causing many innocent lives, and their families, to be imprisoned and even destroyed by it.
