Why can’t I access all e-books after subscribing to Hebat e-Sentral package?
A
The Hebat e-Sentral subscription package entitles you to a list of featured ebooks. To access the list of e-books
featured in your subscription package, go to E-Sentral website and click on Subscription Plan on the top right
of the website store page, scroll down and find Your Featured Subscription Collection. Click on More to see the
full list.

How do I access my subscribed e-books?

To read your subscribed e-books, kindly follow the steps below:

- In the E-Sentral app, login using the account you used during your purchase.
- Once logged in, tap on My Library and select the Subscribed tab.
- Tap on the e-book you want to read to start downloading. You will be notified with a green check icon ✅ when it is ready to be read.
- Tap again on the e-book to begin reading

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?
A
Yes. After the 30-day period of your subscription ends, your subscription will be renewed on the 31st day and
your bank account will automatically be deducted with the monthly cost.

I received an email mentioning a failed transaction. What does it mean?
A
After the 30-day period of your subscription plan ends, if we do not receive payment, for example, due to
insufficient account balance, you will receive an email from us about a failed transaction. We will then try to
re-incur the payment process within 10 days. If payment is still not successful after 10 days, your subscription
will be terminated.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

- Tap on Store.
- Tap on (☰) at the top right of your screen, then tap on Subscription Plan.
- Scroll until you reach the monthly subscription box, there should be a Cancel button below Enrolled. Click on Cancel to proceed with the cancellation. You should then receive a confirmation email for the cancellation.

How do I reactivate my subscription plan?

- Scroll until you reach the monthly subscription box, there should be a Reactivate button. Click on it to proceed with reactivation. You should receive a confirmation email along with it.
