Stingless bee honey is one of the important and widely used natural products since ancient times. Although it is a popular consumer products, not much is known about the biology of the bee which produce this type of honey. This book was written based on years of research, we have conducted on the biology of stingless bee, Geniotrigona thoracica and it’s honey properties.
