This book is dedicated to those who wish to explore health and heal there economic issues, specifically within the context of Malaysia. This book has 12 chapters covering four main areas (1) vital statistics of health and healthcare in Malaysia, (2) economic analysis of population health, (3) analysis on healthcare delivery and utilisation, and (4) healthcare financing. In selected chapters, we include economic analysis taken from our theses, research and publications that can be referred by those who are interested to pursue similar studies. The approaches used in the analyses presented in this book are in general suitable for students, researchers, or any interested individuals with minimal to moderate background in health economics. However, in some chapters, we also include econometric analysis for advanced readers.
