Water blockages in household pipelines are more than just an inconvenience.They can lead to wasted water, costly repairs, and even health risks when contamination occurs. This book introduces a practical and affordable solution for detecting blockages early, before they cause serious damage. Using a simple but powerful approach based on light propagation, the system identifies obstructions such as sand, small stones, or household waste inside pipes. A photoresistor sensor works together with a buzzer, LED indicators, and a small screen (LCD) to alert users instantly when a blockage is detected. To make the system smarter, Internet of Things (IoT) technology is added, allowing users to receive real-time notifications directly to their devices. Although designed with household pipelines in mind, such as kitchen sinks, the prototype can be adapted for wider use, including commercial applications. This book offers an innovative, user-friendly tool for ensuring safe and uninterrupted water flow in everyday life.
