Brewmaster Frank Pulaski can’t wait to open a brewpub in his hometown of Hopewell, Pennsylvania. Until Ricki Mason’s bombshell that she owns the very space — and plans to open a hardware store. A successful plumber, Ricki prides herself on her independence, but with a baby on the way and no partner in sight, she knows it’s time to put down roots and stand firm. Both are hard to do, since emotions are also involved. Ricki was Frank’s high school crush, so his olive branch for them to quit fighting and find a solution is intriguing.
