Events of an Ordinary Life is a collection of wide-ranging and wildly imaginative stories. Some were inspired by actual events taken from the files of Frank Conrad Musumici during his long career as a licensed private detective. The remainder of the stories were created by the author. Some of the tales feature supernatural elements that transform the characters in strange and unusual ways, while others detail extraordinary events that alter the lives of seemingly ordinary people.
