This is Chapters 14 - 'Take a Free Ride'(yrs. '91-'92) & Chapter 15 - 'Last Dance with Mary Jane'(yrs. ''93-'94) from the 'One-Track Song-Man' book, (yrs. 1979-2007, publ. 2025). This is writer, rider, author Marc Romero's always musical and unbelievably TRUE story and happenings of being on the Winter Park, CO Disabled Ski Team still '91-'94 after being 'dropped' by the powerful #1 US Disabled Ski team of the early 90's who had too many Men's stand-up 1-track racers(LW2's) already, like World's #1 in Speed - Mannino and World's #1 in Slalom - Monte. It was the 'toughest competition ever for one-track'(LW2) years directly after the apex and top event of the sport of 'disabled ski racing' which happened at the 1990 World Disabled Ski Championships at Winter Park, Colorado.....while Marc and Monte were US Team one-track 'D' Teamers and fore-runners only while being on the Winter Park Disabled Ski Team at those 1990's Worlds.
